IFMR International Nordic Tour August 2026 Invitation and Program
Dear IFMR member or friend,
Come along for the tour to explore the capitals of the four Nordic countries and ride from one destination to another on your motorcycle, experiencing the unique nature of the Nordic countries and many great attractions.
IFMR Nordic is organizing a tour to the four Nordic countries Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland and as bonus also the Åland Islands with the unique archipelago between Sweden and Finland for members of other IFMR chapters around the world or their friends. The tour will take place from August 1 to August 16, 2026. Arrival on Friday, July 31, 2026, in the afternoon in Copenhagen and departure on August 17, 2026, in the morning from Helsinki.
Come and explore our four capitals, Copenhagen, Oslo, Stockholm, (+Mariehamn, Åland) and Helsinki in this order, as well as the beautiful landscapes and roads between them. The tour is fast-paced, in total 3100 km, and we will spend 4 days in each of the four countries without rest days, so please be in good physical condition and have a reliable and well-maintained motorcycle. In the attached tour program, you can see a rough program and driving routes and distances and the locations of the hotels already booked.
The price of the tour is €3,800 in a double room and €4,400 in a single room per person.
The package price includes a lot:
– hotel rooms with breakfast for the period 31.7.-17.8.2026
– morning and afternoon coffees or refreshments
– lunch and dinner
– ferry tickets, train and bus tickets and entrance tickets to attractions
The price does not include:
– travel expenses or organizing trips to the starting point in Copenhagen and from
the ending point in Helsinki
– fuel costs for motorcycles or other expenses
– alcoholic or other drinks with meals except ice water
– other snacks or drinks
– travel insurance, which we recommend taking out
Me or someone else on behalf of IFMR Nordic will always act as tour leader.
In addition, 2-4 local IFMR members from each country will participate in their country.

as soon as possible with the subject IFMR Nordic tour 2026 and with the names of participants and the note that would You like accommodation in single room or double room and Your food allergies. In some hotels, we might not be able to organize a single room for all who want one.
Binding registration must be made on the IFMR Norden website by the end of February 2026.
A registration form as well as more detailed tour program will be published there on 31.01.2026 in English and we will send a link to it to all those who have expressed their interest by email.
The trip must be paid for no later than 31.3.2026. If cancelling the tour, we cannot refund the cost of the tour unless the tour is cancelled due to illness and the submitted medical certificate is in accordance with the circumstances.
Due to the limited capacity of the hotels and the limited size of several ferries used, we unfortunately must limit the number of participants to 30 people, and on the other hand, due to the affordable travel prices mentioned above, a minimum of 15 participants is required.
